My only grand prix of the season has come to an end. I had hoped to build upon my performance in Finland and take a step further on the scoreboard, but a bad short program put an end to that... I put down a hand on the axel and then went on to fall on the combination, ending up with 10 points less than in Finland a few weeks ago. I managed to pull myself together for the free and at least do six triples and two double axels, but quality has to improve going forward.

Overall I enjoyed my trip to Kingston, Canada. The organizers did a good job and the rink and audience were great. Now I’m on my way back to Sweden, hopefully the jet lag won’t kill me so I can start training for the next event which is held in only two weeks. I will do some changes to the program to raise the level of difficulty from the first two competitions this season.
